Munroe – Thank You Waiter

A hint of the Kings of Leon but wait not the annoying version that emerged in latter years. No this is ‘Aha Shake Heartbreak’ and before and though it never reaches ‘The Bucket’ style dramatics there is so much character knocking around that voice that we were hanging on his every word. In fact ‘Thank You Waiter’ sounds like a song to watch the day by with, one that stirs us into action but isn’t requiring unlimited stores of energy at the same time. Judged just right in other words, a ditty with all the heart in the world from this Melbourne duo. KH
