Baby Wave – Road Trip!

An quirky opening, like we’re entered a dream phase but ‘Road Trip!’ quickly finds a noisy grandeur and with that a bit melody at its core which keeps us stabilised while all hell breaks loose all around. It ends quickly, before 90 seconds in fact but by then Baby Wave had left a tropical psychedelic imprint on our brain that craves a repeat of the effects. Fantastically different but a real song amid the swells of indie-rock/pop cut and pastism from a trio on their third release. KH
