New Age New Wavers – Psychic Vampires

The kind of pile of indie-rock that doesn’t come along all that much these days and don’t Swedish 3-piece New Age New Wavers know it as they wring every last drop out of this slacker singalong. ‘Psychic Vampires’ feels laidback and restless at the same time, wide-eyed and youthful and with a certain ramshackle quality where the polish was most definitely left in the cupboard in the sink but we’re ever so thankful for that. Yes, New Age New Wavers are doing it their way and it feels fresh and alive as a result. KH
