LB Beistad – If I Was A Cowboy

That is a big introduction alright, a hint of shoegaze in the feedback drift and with some lovely dreamy vocals we are treated to a nice contrast between the toughened instrumental arrangements and an angel in the corner who has more than a little country to her demeanour. The centrepiece comes via a chorus that sees the whole piece levitate and in the process give us poor souls out there at the coalface a chance to dream like we were 11 again. LB Beistad has a voice with so much power it leads us to a better place and for that our hearts were won. KH
