Sounds like it happened into our life from another time, the Ventures are back in business but with some young bucks on board to lavish the cowboy playing with harmonies that have the necessary class to have ears utterly attuned to Melbourne’s Majak Door. In fact this is an impressive swell of noise, retro but flourished with the kind of action that sounds just as good on the sixth visit as it did first time around. We’ll be knocking around to theirs time and again for sure. KH
