King Dream – Lost Summer

There is no messing around on ‘Lost Summer’, straight in with a full rock arrangement and while the Bay Area’s King Dream operate in world that has easy listening as a constant touchpoint they still have a passion and that rears its head on a chorus that sounds like an obvious driving soundtrack to me. All in all it adds up to a work that is has returnability, the move from long instrumental break to chorus is one of my highlights of the year in fact. A keeper to return to time and again. KH
