They operate with a form of cool that is for sure, it almost standoffish but then this is a thinker as well as a groover so we are asked to have the patience before it reveals a hand that is kooky and stands apart for that reason. At the helm is a Tel Aviv singer who riffs on the spot but is well able to reach for the big diva moments too so there is innovation to add to the idiosyncratic mannerisms. Different but as tunesome as can be to go with it, an absolute winner! KH
