Laura Lang – Goodbye/Biggest Fan

At the very least you’d expect a mood piece because that is Laura’s gift to us, a singer who knows how to work in the realm of heartbreak but who leaves us wanting more despite all the sadness evokes. There is wispy atmosphere at every turn on ‘Goodbye/ Biggest Fan’ and a rise in temperature in the midsection to have our heart swelling to a degree that it makes us confident that most situations can be turned into positive experience. Not sure melancholy ever felt this uplifting before. KH
