An old fashioned waltz I said to myself with all the forlorn stirrings that go with it, the strings in particular and less so the singing which has a youthful charm about it and a sixties fashion so it could have come from the Kinks just as that waterloo sunset was setting. ‘Breeze Thru My Life’ is a charmer, a song with a chorus and plenty of other orchestral flourishes to have us in a state of glow. Mayya has nailed it perfectly here. KH
