Creature Canyon – Heartbeat

The bassline is one thing but the heavenly cooing had us gripped early on thanks to what San Diego’s Creature Canyon are up to. But that was just the start of the gifts that ‘Heartbeat’ delivered to our doorsteps for there is a singer here who sings as if their heart is stuffed full of love and wonder. And it makes for a lesson in how to wander about with a sunnier side up, life is too short for anything else and ‘Heartbeat’ is here to remind us of the correct way forward. A lovely ditty, a lovely sentiment and an all around lovely few minutes. KH
