Such an alert opening, the combination of riffs and beats a potent one and with some of the chords tuned to a degree that they sounded like the human voice it was a bonus to actually hear the lead singer adding his penny’s worth. In many way there is a tempored rampaging quality about the piece to a degree that it felt like we were being treated to the extent of Carbon Memory’s abilities, the way Sciflyer did before them. And what a piece of technicolour rock it is, able to take sojurns too so breath intake is possible, before the whole enterprise kicks into vibrant gear all over again. A joy. KH
