Lodet – Whisky Fun

You know this song does a few things for us, not least the awarding of a good time and in doing so we get to appreciate how nicely manicured performances from every inch of a band can make for a persuasive statement of intent. And Lodet do it while in a state of near frenzy, never losing their sense of soul as they go giving ‘Whisky Fun’ a licence to cross the genre divide because of its all things to all people communication style. Joakim Björnberg of Lodet released his debut album ‘My Bonnie’ on June 3rd. KH
