Giant Waste of Man – Millennial Ghost

It’s possible to hear Broken Social Scene’s self-titled LP here alright as well as anything from Wheat, another band from back yonder in the mists of indie time. What Giant Waste of Man do though is introduce dreamy interludes to go with the more intense frequencies. In the process ‘Millennial Ghost’ arrives at something that is both ambitious and pallatable. A fulsome experience full of ebbs and flows and new departures at every turn. The band’s new LP ‘Biographer’ is out now. KH
