Oh my the romance of it all, well under 3 minutes but taking us on a dreamy journey that lingers for the day such is the levity in those vocal harmonies. There is a Beach House thread for sure but more than that Dutch duo Maida Rose (Roos Meijer and Javièr den Leeuw) create their own swells of melancholy joy that will give the hummers of the world all the license they need to soundtrack most of 2022. ‘I Remember’ hits the spot on the very first listen and I doubt there will be ever a last one such is its gorgeousness.
