It really does sound like it has descended from another planet, an alien structure that our conscious ears have to battle hard to understand. It could well be in fact a message that has come through the wires and only Thom Yorke will be in a position to work out what it is all about. No denying that Creature of Doom (David Baldwin) mean business too and with it a bit of unexpected catchiness and a sprightly groove that forms seemingly out of nowhere. Yep, before the first minute is out this track went all Add (N) to X on us and it felt like the sadness just melted away in that moment. KH
