What a lovely little waltz this is, the mouth organ instantly putting us at ease but the real treasure here is the singer and the way he progresses like he is mid hum. That means for those of us who are slow to pick up on lyrics there is plenty of room for getting involved in our own little way. And why wouldn’t we when ‘February Prorated Rent’ has joie-de-vivre built into its DNA.
