If you are ready for something to burst the banks of another dull day then Manchester dreamgazers Juliper Sky are ready to step into the breach. Not least because the five-piece have a shoegaze resonance that doesn’t sound like it’s still 1992 and Ride ruled the indie world. Aside from all that ‘Into The Outer Light’ is a knockout tune with a proper chorus defined by the throbbing soundtrack and Jamie Lambert’s soaring vocals. The track is taken from the band’s new EP ‘Modern Fantasy’. Such complete and utter joy. KH
