Jenny Mayhem (Jen Mahon) is definitely a cool sort, she’s from Barbados so it figures, and she brings with her a taste of a tropical summer long after it has packed up and gone away for another year. But ‘Soon’ gives us a route back to those sunshine rays, at least in an aural capacity. Yep, we find it difficult to turn indie pop of this quality down and with the world needing cheering up this is definitely a step in the right direction.
