The spirituality is strong in ‘ICU’, felt like we’d been moved to a church and in such devotional surrounds it is hard to divert oneself away from the main attraction taking place at the altar – the opening reminding of The Korgis’ ‘Everybody’s Got To Learn Sometime’. And in this case it exists as a voice (Sara, whose surname we have yet to uncover) that is strong but with a deep sadness borne out of real tragedy (the recent death of a father). This is fragile, emotional and the finest company as the fog sweeps into the sea before immerse ourselves in the overwhelming sense of grief.
