Now that is some level of the 90’s to greet us and it is wonderful to see the likes of Smudge and the Posies mentioned in this Finnish band’s list of heroes. Ye auld hugger is definitely inclined to this kind of thing because it feels like home, divined from a decade when we found our niche. ‘Joskus mä pelkään’ (Sometimes I Fear) has a particular parallel wuth fellow Scandinavians South Ambulance and a constant streak of madness that so characterised their music. Wear a cool t-shirt while you listen. KH
