Could this be the anthem all of us in self-isolation and waiting for the inevitable virus have been waiting for? ‘Wait (Medication)’ has such a hazy aspect that it could be helpful in fact in mirroring the groggy listenship around the world. There are psychedelic aspects too, so the Dandy Warhols and MBV are definitely brethren but with that the sense of song is what really propelled us to excited levels. Add in some shoegaze wizardly and it feels absolutely vital that we’re ingesting this aural medicine. Once consumed you get the notion that we’ll be alright in no time at all. KH
