If I was into one word reviews, I’d be giving this a big ‘sweet’ because that is what it is. It makes for effortless stuff from this nature loving Massachusetts artist. ‘Ramble’ is full to the brim of sweeping acoustic flourishes and a voice with a cherubic range of country pop intonations. It had me thinking Nick Drake such was its lyrical forays but also in the richness in the performance, which means that repeat visits are just as rewarding as that initial foray. It will brighten the day for you. KH
