You can tell there is a storm a-brewing, drama sweeping through every vestige of its being and narrated by someone who could well have been through it all. It makes for a most ambient of listens, quiet and demure yet so personal it feels as if there are only two of us in the room. The orchestral embellishment is surely the icing, as ‘Not My Body’ is allowed to breath and in the process the listener is given the space to take-in every devastating movement. A rare beauty. KH
