Let ‘Not My Boss’ invade your space and you might pick up on those Jane’s Addiction cues, with added math-rock overtures at no extra cost. A little Brian Molko (Placebo) in Bobby Burgess’ vocals doesn’t harm either, there is such an experimental bent operating throughout but it just can’t stop the freshness and the exhilaration of the happenings all around. Really top notch stuff from this Cincinnati crew. KH
