Blocktreat – Alpha

So off the cuff, drifting as it does towards an inevitable conclusion where eyelids become heavy and we enter the Blocktreat zone. ‘Alpha’ subtly offers tropical rhythms, a voice like a head masseuse issues little random words of comfort in a world that is normally more forceful and unfriendly. So softly relentless was Vancouver’s Brandon Hoffman’s effort that I couldn’t but amble towards that joyous feeling of Clinic. Persuasive stuff. KH
