Now these are anthemic chords if ever I heard them, dispatched alongside fluid harmonies. Superior ones too, it feels like ‘Stick Around’ is building towards a big chorus that actually materialises. The result is an indie number, from a new Australian act, that ticks all the boxes and offers us the hope that the alternative scene may have some mileage in it yet. KH
